The hotel was in an incredibly comfortable location so close to trucks, restaurants and supermarket easy walking distance, and the center. I visited The Clyde Restaurant & Bar really close to the venue for a few drinks...

This venue has a fantastic and breathtaking location that met all our needs perfectly, with a great nearby diner offering delicious treats, while the unit provided to us was practical and even had entertainment like table tennis.

The breakfast our refund of two nights because the ski fields had closed.

Snowhaven is nice but expensive for what it offers. The hosts were good, but I felt that we had to spend time and talk with them. It is a very expensive b&b that was originally a family home. Also because of the fee Booked.net charges this was taken out of our refund.

My one-night stay in Ohakune was lovely. the room was nicely decorated with 4 bunk beds and included amenities like a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and fridges. the property's location was convenient, close to everything in town.

we thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast selections, it was sumptuous and delicious. the room was tastefully decorated and well-appointed, included a kitchenette and soundproof windows. location: the hotel was not far from eateries, supermarket.

Disappointing aspect was very cold bathroom.

The staff here are incredibly friendly and always willing to help, and the location is great, close to cafes, restaurants, a playground, and the main shopping area.

We had a wonderful two nights at Snowhaven b&b, lovely room and house to stay in. Hosts are great and could not do enough to make our stay comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

Enjoyed our stay, had great 1 day overall. The breakfast was top with a wide array of food! Our accommodation was set in a very central location really close to probably the busiest weekend of the year, restaurant and the center of town.

Excellent food with plenty of options available. the accommodation is conveniently located right in the center, making it easy to access National Park. Plus, being next to the Big Carrot is a big bonus! 🥕

Clean room central to restaurants, shops and attractions. Friendly female staff member who was professional and welcoming. Room was quite small but was clean and comfortable temperature.

Mattress was uncomfortable, this was changed on request but the staff who handled the issue was not very obliging. No spa facilities!! Noise was a factor you can hear others in the units next door showering e.t.c.

I liked that it was clean,VERY quiet (I think my friend and I were the only ones staying there over the weekend we were there) and that it was reasonably priced. The beds were extremely comfortable and shower and bathroom lovely.
